    3. Could the Drury mentioned in Sarah Halls will be an adult and have a son named Drury, who was born around 1790. The 1784 census for Duplin-Sampson County shows as follows: Southerland HALL Drury 1-1-2 Southerland HALL James 1 Southerland HALL Sarah 0-1-2 At the time Sarah Halls will was written in 1786, she was already a grandparent of 4 children. She mentions 3 of her own children, Mary, Martha and Drury. Since there are already a hand full of grandchildren, the Drury she mentions as her son is probably the adult Drury listed in the 1784 census and possibly the father of the Drury that Sherri is looking for. Here is the 1850 census info: 80-494 HALL Blanche 68 2500 " " James 29 farmer 500 " " Susan 27 " " Solomon 26 farmer " " Penelope 22 The way I read the info you sent indicated that Blanche died in 1851? Maybe I read it wrong, but the 1860 census shows Blanche again. 97-280 HALL Blanche 75 farmer " Williams Rebecca 40 Housekeeper " Shuffield Caroline 30 hinching? 0/60 " " Mary C 10 " " Alexander 8 " " Priscilla 4 " Gore Evaline 16 seamstress Judy Pearscp@aol.com wrote: > > Hi, > Found one other piece for a Drury Hall. > Genealogical Abstracts, Duplin County Wills (1730-1860)by William L.
