Hello All, I hope someone can help me with this. I'm trying to obtain a copy of a deed from Duplin Co. James and Zebidie Swinson to Maxey A. Manning; a tract on Back Swamp; executed 1866, filed Sep 28, 1869. (Duplin Deed Book 26, p. 143) Of course, I'd pay for any costs associated with copying and mailing this. Yes, I could write to the Register of Deeds office, but thought I'd try this first. If anyone will be in the area and will do this, please contact me. I'd greatly appreciate it. Chris Swinson
