I have friends and family members trying desperately to get back to the Wilmington area from up state. Currently my sister is stranded in Wallace. She says I-40, Hwy 41, Hwy 11, Hwy 117, Hwy 421 and Hwy 74-76 are closed. Does anyone have specific directions on how to get to Hampstead or Jacksonville or Wilmington from Wallace. We don't mind detours and long travel time. She just wants to get home. Please help! Janice Cavenaugh
