    3. Water flows down stream. The water draines into the small creeks which empty into the rivers & flows down to the ocean. This takes a little time, Duplin co. is also flooded & is washing down to you. We will soon have the water from Raleigh, ect, pluss the 15+ inches we got, that will be heading on down.
