I want to thank everyone who attempted to help me in getting my sister and numerous neighbors home to Pender and New Hanover counties from upstate. You were very kind to take the time to send emails with suggestions and help. I know our genealogical emails are not normally used for such personal requests but with the state of extreme emergency and life-threatening road conditions I knew that you would do anything you could to help us. Most of them have made it home now. It took three times the normal time and many, many extras miles but it was worth it. Again, God Bless you all for your kindness.
