You'all give me just two more days and I'll resume the lookups. Can't wait! Since I've printed out all the requests from the last 10 days or so, there's no need to resend them. Dee
I've missed your posts Dee. Though only one post in the past year affected me I get a vicarious thrill from knowing others are succeeding in their quests. It will be good to see your results again.

Hello Buster and Dee: >From the original letter of Buster to Dee: I'm looking for info on Catherine Sandlin. She was married to Willis T. Buster I was looking through my data files an pulled up the name Catherine Sandlin. With the name Catherine Sandlin in the Estate of Alsa Brown, does her name really mean Catherine Sandlin or Catherine Sandlin Brown, because she is mentioned in between a son and a daughter of his? Dear family and friends, On my last trip to Duplin Co. before the hurricane I visited two cemeteries in Beulaville, one on Turkey Branch Road and the other located on property owned by Junior Lanier and Susie Gresham Lanier. I hope this will help some of you. I plan to make another trip to the cemetery where George Washington Gresham and Linda Annie O'Daniel are buried, along with James Thomas Gresham and Sadie Belle Miller. Will post the information afterwards. The following information is taken from the two Gresham Cemeteries in Beulaville. Kids are: Nicholas 1833 Elizabeth Jane 1834 Married William Miller William J. 1839 married Mary Susan Sanderson Edward 1842 I'm working with people descended from Gregory's son Lewis and Drew any I'm descended from William. We have looked through deeds, and wills and had other people look through books of deeds and wills, including Dee. There are no records on LDS or any other internet sites that we've been able to find. A trip to the Dallas Herring library yielded no Gregory. Can anyone out there help the three of us in finding out who Gregory's parents are? Any help you could give would be triple appreciated! Thanks! Judy
Trying to prove the marriage date of my Jesse R. HENDERSON to my Mary Amanda BUTLER of Duplin Co. Marriage was supposed to have taken place Oct 1852, but I have checked public records and supplement on Duplin marriages which Kellon did, but found nothing. If someone can Loou-up in a more obscure reference I'm not aware of, I would appreciate any confirmation of the date. Also open to any hints on the parentage of Jesse R HENDERSON. Thanks. Dear Cousins: This method of sharing information is great. However, numerous email messages clog up a computer and slow it down. I have a right new computer and 1000 messages on it. And those that obtain computers for the first time or are not on the mail list...are unaware of you and your research. I ask that you share your information by also posting queries on the Duplin Web site. This is a permanent way to post and share your information. In both cases I strongly suggest that you add all the dates that you can. I seldom bother with a request for information when there is no date to establish which John Smith is being researched. I think that 66% the those researching are female and about that many of the Web sites are maintained by you wonderful ladies. Thank you and keep up the good work. About 30% of those I help---never respond back. For the 70% that do, you make it worth while. Happy Thanksgiving to all and to all a good night.....
