Recently we learned that the regular meeting room for the D-OGS CIG group in the Chapel Hill Library would not be available on our regularly scheduled date of November 10, but we were given the option of either the third or seventeenth. The third is not an option because it conflicts with the NCGS annual meeting and conference, and since receiving email from several "regulars" of the computer group it appears that the 17th of November is not a good option either as people have already filled their calendars. So, as much as I hate to cancel another meeting, it appears that it is simply not going to work out this time. For those of you who can make the December 8th meeting, please send suggestions about topics, questions, and news that we can share with the group. I'll look forward to seeing a good turnout for that meeting, and we can share news from the NCGS meeting as well. Thanks for your patience with this difficult situation.
