We both had Flounder & Baby Shrimp with Baked Potato, Cole Slaw and Hush Puppies. The food was well prepared and served, fresh, very good, plentiful and hot. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Just thought you might like a first hand opinion. A delicious meal and no room for dessert.(We had a very light dinner tonight.) Harvard Professor and genealogist Henry Louis Gates, Jr., announced formation of a new DNA project for those wanting to explore both deep roots and more recent ties among African Americans. He was scheduled to speak about his project to us project administrators at our Houston seminar in October but a sudden family health emergency prevented it.
