Allen , I remember this cemetary and walked by it every day on my way to school . I remember about 10 years ago (I think) going to the site and not finding the tombstones. I wondered what happened. I know from my experience as a County Commissioner that moving a cemetary is very difficult to do . I am not sure as to how this was done and what the city permitted. Does anyone know for sure? I would be interested in knowing . I have a feeling that there were some "strings pulled" or ordinances violated in this situation . Please let me know and I may take a look at what happened and if everyone abided by the law, both State and local.
