It's great to see how much people have accomplished through perseverance or happenstance. It was one of the good meetings. Could you encourage a local society to include the same sort of program for their meeting? You never know what is possible till you try. And believe me, not much of what we heard about had to do with local genealogy. But that's the beauty of it, we all have ancestors somewhere and we enjoy the sharing.
