Mr. Hunt, I'm a D-OGS member in Orange County but I'm not from here so I do not know these families personally except in rare circumstances (such as C. Knox Massey). I wonder if you have used the extensive cemetery listing and search on the D-OGS web page? They are quite extensive and there are a number of Masseys within various cemeteries. They use links to Google Maps so you can see where they are located on a map. You mention a Garrard Road, but I don't find one with the maps although it could be an old name that has been changed. There is however a Garrett Road, and I wonder if that is what you refer to? Parkview Drive is heavily residential judging by the map on Google Maps, and I don't immediately see a potential site for a monument. Where did you get your information, and how was it stated? Maybe a few more details would help. Also, it may be that the cemetery listings would provide some help for you.
