Subject: August CIG Meeting Date: 8/11/2010 9:49:20 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time From:_ HubbellGen@aol.com_ (mailto:HubbellGen@aol.com) Reply To: To:_ ncdogs@rootsweb.com_ (mailto:ncdogs@rootsweb.com) Voila! We have a place for the Saturday CIG meeting, thanks to no fewer than six D-OGS members. We will be meeting at the South Durham Branch Library. This is from their web page, from there you can proceed to driving directions:_ http://www.durhamcountylibrary.org/locations.php_ (http://www.durhamcountylibrary.org/locations.php) South Regional – _More Information_ (http://www.durhamcountylibrary.org/locations/sr.php) 4505 S. Alston Avenue Durham, NC 27713 919-560-7409 Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Wednesday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday 2 – 6 p.m. Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday 2 – 6 p.m._ Driving Directions_ (http://www.durhamcountylibrary.org/locations/sr_directions.php) _ Holiday Schedule_ (http://www.durhamcountylibrary.org/holiday.php) Fortunately for those of who come from Greensboro, Hillsborough, Mebane, Raleigh and other towns, the library is located quite close to I-40 and once exiting the Interstate there are only two left turns to reach the library. The two new libraries are still without projectors, but Holt Anderson is going to bring one for us to use this month. We even have a backup plan if this plan is not all it's cracked up to be. If you have any questions please let me know, I'll try to help. If you have never attended a CIG meeting, or it's been a very long time since you did, now would be a good time to join us as we check out the new digs. How about that for cooperation within the group? Thank you all very much, I appreciate your help. Carol
Carol, You'll be going to my beautiful new library in near the Research Triangle. I, unfortunately, am out of town and not returning until Wednesday. If you need any contact with that branch at any time for the future, let me know. I'll be there often.
