When I attended a program at the Southeast Region in Atlanta GA a year or two ago, they said that the World War I draft registrations were scheduled for transfer to St. Louis sometime after that new facility becomes available for use. The plan is that eventually ALL military personnel records will be centralized there. (That is, the plan at the time of the event I attended.)
