Some of you may be interested in the following: At Historic Yates Mill County Park, 4620 Lake Wheeler Road, Raleigh Josh Howard, revolutionary war specialist and research historian, will be presenting his research on North Carolina's role in the Revolutionary War. November 10th, from 7-9 PM Cost $10/person ($5 for students) After the lecture, Mr. Howard will be available for book signing. His book, "Long, Obstinate, and Bloody: The Battle of Guilford Courthouse, was recently honored with the US Army Historical Foundation's Distinquished Writing Award for 2009.
