    2. All, One of my neighbors is second-in command for the census. I forwarded the Eastman article to him. See his comments below. Sounds like it is not a problem to me. Frank Gattis ............................ I am second-in-command for the Census. Pretty exciting right now as Census Day is April 1. Returned Census forms are shredded and recycled, but only after a full-color image is made. NARA will receive those images. That's what was done (though through lower-tech microfilm) for past decades. The article below seems to be about a contract for safely destroying confidential data from our HQ facility and does not actually have anything to do with 2010 Census data.
