I posted a message to the list about this Saturday's meeting, but I don't see it anywhere, so in case I overlooked it please excuse the second post. We will meeting Saturday AM, June 12, at 9:00 AM in the small conference room of the Chapel Hill library, so bring your mug of coffee and bagel or whatever and join us. Bring your laptop if you have one and let's talk about the best way to use our email systems for our genealogy. What do you do with messages or newslist entries you want to retrieve again for your research? Do you have a special cataloging system, or location for them? How can you find them five years later? Come share your ideas with us. Recently on this list there was a comment about Footnote and I thought that we could discuss that as well. Some sites are easier to search than others, so if you've had some success with Footnote and are a subscriber, perhaps you can give us some pointers. Carol
