Dear Fellow Researchers: I am searching for confirmation of the parents of William Cornelius Sanders b. bet July 25, 1825/1834 (according to death & census records). I believe his father was John P. Sanders b. abt 1792 in Ireland or NC. I hoping to discover who his mother was. William married Elizabeth Rachel Panter (Painter) in Bartholomew Co., IN, d/o Daniel Panter (Painter). I am also looking for information on Daniel's parents. He was born Dec 1815 in Davidson Co., NC and married Mary M. Butner, but I don't have a date. The family of William Sanders and Daniel Panter moved first to Bartholomew Co., IN and then to Edwards Co., IL bet 1860 & 1870 where they are buried. Would love to hear from someone! Karen
