She is buried in No Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery near Mocksville, N.C. She married John H. Dedmon, Jan 9, 1866, in Davidson County, N.C. My mother, Jessie Charlotte Dedmon Monsees was one of their many children. Mama had a twin brother, Eligah. Other children were Martin, Martha, Lemmie, Lizzie, John Hurbert and James who died young. I am told that Elizabeth had a brother who built the tallest building (at that time) in Salisbury, N.C. Any help that you can give be would be greatly appreciated.
