There is a marriage bond of a W. H. Kepley and a Mahaley Kellsar (I think if should be Keller or Kellar) dated March 24, 1867 in Davidson Co. Florence was born on April 10, 1869 in Davie Co. and married Thomas Benton Barnhardt on December 4, 1887 in Cabarrus Co. Mahala died when Florence was very young and Florence was raised by Mahala's mother, Frances Davis (Davis was name of her second husband}. Is any of this mentioned in the Yount/Kepley book? I've never had access to it.
