Extensive knowledge of the Craver may be found on the website that Karen Craver Foy has on the "The Descendants of Andreas Graber". In addition you may obtain a copy of the will of Philip Craver from the North Carolina State Archives, as I recently did. The date on it is 1820, Rowan County, listed as WB-4,74( for Will Book - 4, page 74, again I think.) Anyway they have the original. Consulting my copy just now, it lists Jacob Craver as the third son. There were also daughters. The will was done in Lexington. Craver was an Anglized version of the German Graber, with an umblat over the "a". Catawba College is the repository of Moravian history in North Carolina. Hopefully, this should give you some leads. Also Philip Craver and his oldest son Michael Craver are listed in the original 1790 census. Beth Kalal, Coronado, CA
