He married Susanna Hinkle who was born 2 Nov 1786 -1870.They were married Oct 1804. I have two Shoaf lines: one descends through Mary Shoaf born in 1806 and married Andrew Myers on 15 Mar 1825 and the other through Elizabeth Shoaf born 1810 and married Britten Warner on 7 Dec 1830 I think that these are sisters and children of John Jacob and Susanna Hinkle Shoaf. Mary Shoaf 1806 Elizabeth Shoaf 1810 In addition I have: John Jacob Shoaf Jr born 1 Nov 1811 Alexander Shoaf 1815 samuel Shoaf 1817 barbara Shoaf 1820 Chrissy Shoaf born 15 Oct 1824 marr John Leonard John 1825 Fanny Shoaf born Oct 1828 marr David Livengood I think there are 12 children
