Tradition is that their father was also William (Billy) Phillips, perhaps, Jr. Margaret married DANIEL ZIMMERMAN on June 9, 1852 in Davidson Co, NC. She and Daniel were the parents of: Fanny S. L. Zimmerman; Juious M. Zimmerman; David C. Zimmerman; Henry Jackson Zimmerman; John Peoples Zimmerman; and Eliza A. B. Zimmerman. Margaret is buried in an unmarked grave at Elbaville United Methodist Church, Davie Co., NC. Any information on Margaret's birth and death dates, and her parents, would be greatly appreciated.
