I am a descendant of Devault Kepley, born bet. 1740 -45 in Oberalben, Reinpfalz, Germany and died before Feb. 3, 1778 in Rowan Co. (now Davidson Co.), NC. He was married abt. 1765 in PA to Catherine ?, born bet. 1745 - 1750 and died after 1780 in Rowan Co. Devault's residence on Feb. 2, 1767 was Berks Co., PA.
