My Great greatgrandfather was Riley Hill, son of Sion Hill. This Sion Hill was married to Orpha Starage Lee in Oct. 1800 in Johnston county. They moved to Wake County, then to Randolph and Davidson County. Sion also had a son named Simeon who had a son named Sion. The 1850 census lists Sion as 10 years old. The 1860 census lists who is probably your Sion as age 22, so they may not be the same, but I'll bet they're related. Have you found further information? I would appreciate your sharing if so.
