Most of these families were related by blood or marriage. Dorothy's grand parents and great grand parents were a part of this migration. We have been researching her Shoaf ancestors and my White ancestors for several years. Our database includes information about other families that were their neighbors and perhaps relatives in Davidson County. It is an ongoing effort to add sources and correct errors. I am sure that there are many researchers with greater knowledge than ours but we have decided to share what we have by posting to WorldConnect.
