Have you tried a Google search? Try the govt site: http://geonames.usgs.gov/gnishome.html The DeLorme Co maps are the ones that show even small streams, creeks, etc. and they have an index. There is one for NC because my local library has one. You might check and see if you can order it through interlibrary loan. The on-line company appears to sell the maps of a state for about $12.
