There was an interview with the driver of the car, Scott Ferebee, and there was one other young friend, whose name I do not recall, who died as well. I believe the accident occurred in Norfolk. The boys were all from Currituck County, NC. At the time, I did not save the article, as I did not realize that young Leland was a relative. Has anyone else run across this on their searches?
