Melson daughter of Joseph and Levina Melson when she married Joseph G. Caroon on 26 Sep 1888 in Poplar Branch Township. Then as Mattie M. Caroon when she married Henry James Mathias on 8 Feb 1898. Her parents are listed as Joseph and Louvenia Melson. I have the same eight children listed for Henry James and Nettie that you do but I did not have her children by Joseph Caroon.
