Elizabeth Wood's son-in-law and his father were doctors in Granada, MS, before moving to Mooresville, Limestone County, AL, around 1870 and setting up joint medical practice there. These people are discussed at some length in the two-volume work, THE HILLS OF WILKES COUNTY ALABAMA AND ALLIED FAMILIES.
