Midgett of Currituck Co. sold to Thomas Newburn of Currituck Co., for $700.00 a tract of land in Poplar Branch Dist. and joining Willoughby Olds, Benjamen Allen, Thomas Forbes, Isaac Owens and Munroe Owens, containing 80 acres.
