    3. I believe that you go to the N.C. Dept of Archives in Raleigh. The reels are all numbered, and are only about 6 dollars each. They have a list of what is covered in the files and the reel numbers. I'm of course, going on memory here. Try your local Family History Center at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  If you need me to locate one near you, let me know, or you can go to familysearch.org and find one.    If it's not a local FHC to the area, they may not have all the films, but you can 'rent' them to come to the center for viewing/copying.
