He is now 87. At the time those graves were moved or not moved, 1915 -, they were using private individual undertakers. Twifords didnt come into existence until 1933. After looking at Ben Batemans site as suggested in this thread, you might want to check with the Department of Transportation to see if there are any records of graves destroyed in the name of progress. If you get anything that way we would appreciate if you posted it back in this thread. We are still looking at relatives involved with Powell's Point and having a hard time getting any answers.
