Was Kader Parker related to Pleasant Parker who also settled in the Steadman area? Pleasant Parker was an adopted son of Moses Parker of Marlboro County, SC. I am a descendant of Moses Parker's son Philip who lived all his life in Marlboro County near his father's home. Lib, you said you are a descendant of Moses Parker of Marlboro Co. Is this the same Moses Parker of Rev. War fame? Didn't he have a son named Emon/Emmen/Emen? My research has shown Emen married Sarah Ann McPherson, dau of Hugh and Christian Ferguson McPherson. Emen and Sarah Ann Parker had four sons that I know of. Do you know any more than this?
