    3. Dear Steve, the Bible and family records in Vol. 1-2 ACPlus, of Alexander Clark. His Father was Gilbert, a half brother to Kenneth. Col.Vic traced his line of Clarks. From my understanding, the Thistle made another trip in 1741, but the passenger list is lost. My James McDonald appeared in 1760, Cross Creek, Cape Fear River,200 acre land grant from the King. He wasn't a Loyalist, so he didn't fight against the Rev. war. We are not sure When James came over, but know that he came from Scotland, possibly Skye. We have a good record of him till he died in 1810 in Jefferson Co. Ga. Sincerely, Ruth M. Scruggs -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Steve E.
