Diane Bramble-Fanning I have information that Neill Beard was born 1700-1720 in Scotland, and died in Cumberland County, N.C. He had sons, John, Daniel and James. The son, John Beard,(above) b. C. 1752 in Cumberland Co., NC and d. in 1799. He had sons named Neil and John. Is this your family? I would like to share with you if it is. Cornelia
