Dear Group, Does anyone have family group information on the children of Robert HODGE and Ann BRANCH? From the abstract of his will in Bertie 1740 below, he names children: I am interested in the names of the grandchildren to Robert and Ann. I would like to know if anyone has a copy of wills of these children to Robert HODGE? Or know where I can search. Elias HODGES ...does anyone know his wife and children? He moved to Beaufort Co NC John HODGES " He lived in VA at fathers plantation Richard HODGES " His wife was Sarah Ann HODGE MOORE married Josp MOORE he died by 1757 in Edgecomb and named his children in will. Son Richard plantation in Bertie where he now lives in Unarow Meadows. three daughters Ann MOORE (married to Joseph MOORE who died in Edgecomb 1753) Ollive WIGONS ( married to Edmund WIGGENS who died abt ?7) and Martha WILLIAMS ( married to Isaac WILLIAMS ) each daughter rec'd a feather bed. To his other daughter Sarah CAIN (wife of John CAIN) he gave my plantation that I now live on in Bertie County and all the land belonging to it.
