I am a Phelps researcher and I am looking for connections to William Phelps b. 1773 in NC or SC. He married Sophia Lee b. 1776-7 SC. They moved to Pulaski Co. GA between 1810-14 and remained their the rest of their lives. Children: Arthur, James, Sheppard Needham, Elijah, William, Caroline, Polly, Elizabeth. Henry, a twin to James, died at an early age.
