Dear Group, I am looking for information on my 3rd great grandparents who are found on the Chowan County 1870 census report as Aaron & Margaret Johnston who were slaves in Chowan County. About 1871 Aaron & Margaret began using the surname Muse. I am also looking for information on Miles and Mary Badham who were my 4th great grandparents and were also slaves and resided in Chowan County. Any information on these families would be appreciated. Thank you
