Dear Group, Does anyone have family group information on the children of Robert HODGE and Ann BRANCH? From the abstract of his will in Bertie 1740 below, he names children: I am interested in the names of the grandchildren to Robert and Ann. I would like to know if anyone has a copy of wills of these children to Robert HODGE? Or know where I can search. Elias HODGES ...does anyone know his wife and children? Their daughter Elizabeth WHITE married Augustin DESCHAMPS in 1758 in Chowan Co NC. About 1793 the DESCHAMPS(Dishon) family moved to Orange Co NC - other members of the WHITE family may have also moved with them. Several of the DESCHAMPS children ended up in and around Gwinnett Co GA as well as in Hardeman Co TN ca 1840-50.

Jordon Parks age 1 His first son Elisha Parks is mentioned in the 1850 census. with his wife Milly(Armelia) Modlin and there children. I am trying to accomplish 2 things 1. Find out Who Jonathan's father and mother were. 2. Find out who these children are that in the census. I have some names of people that I believe could very well be Jonathan's children. It appears from the research that I have done that every Parks in Chowan and Perq NC is related to Jonathan Parks. I am presently trying to figure out it that is true. My Granddad told me that their were Parks that moved west. Jonathan sames to be the only Parks in Chowan and Perq. that stayed in the area. Her name was Emma Josephine Hollowell and she was born 1/23/1906. I know she grew up in the old two-story white house beside Ballards Bridge Church. Her father was married once before. She is from his second wife. Her known siblings are: Kerry(sp?) Hollowell - brother Carisle Hollowell - brother and married Edith Ray Hollowell - brother and married Betty Ralph Hollowell Sr. - brother and married Cora Wilber Hollowell - brother and married Aletha Luke Hollowell - brother and married Marie Blanchard Floyd Hollowell - unsure if brother or 1/2 brother, but lived in NJ Sissy Hollowell - 1/2 sister and married Dick Leary Also another sibling use to run the Hollowell's Drug Store in Edenton. Not the son, but the father. Hobbs and Hollowell's have intermarried many times and I am sure that once I can get my grandmother's father's name, there will be a correlation to all the other Hollowell's I already have in my database. I am descended from one of those Blanchards and we have pictoral proof that there is Indian blood in her grandchildren. As she was married cir 1778, we have no pictures of her. Believe pictoral records were begun cir 1850. Hope someone with more knowledge will respond. Barbara
