First an all purpose reminder. PIs and criminals often use genie lists to try to act friendly and get phone numbers of people they are looking for. Also there are some nuts out there. Personally I have an internet stalker and would be in trouble if anyone gave him my number. Moral of the story, you shouldn't give out other people's numbers over the net. If you know the person who is being looked for, ask them if it is okay first.
