Diane, Thanks for all your hard work. I have trouble just keeping up with reading my emails from mailing lists without having to answer them! A couple of suggestions: Send a message to the list asking that people be as specific as possible. General requests like you give for examples below cannot be accepted. AND/OR Send them the links to those sites where they can find the information (such as Cyndi's cherokee link site, Marty Grant's web site, etc.) if you have them, especially if they are such general requests as those you listed.
