David, I can't help you with the Parkers below but wondered if you had run across a Parker family with a daughter named Phoebe/Ferby/Feraby or something similar? She married Henry Dukes in Orange Co. NC in 1802 and died around 1860+ in Jefferson Co. TN. Can't seem to find any parents for her. I know this is a longshot, but thought I'd ask.
