Is there any proof that her husband Andrew Jackson Conley was in the Home Guard for confederates? Is there a court record that leaves her with the property after he was killed by bushwackers? One last question: In the Heritage of Cherokee Co it says that Andrew and Elizabeth's marriage license was dated 15 Feb 1849 but what county?
