In the late 1960s I visited Murphy briefly and stayed at a very old hotel in Murphy. The couple who owned/operated it, told me that in it's early days, it had been the HAMPTON HOTEL. Would anyone on the list have information on this hotel? Thanks, Arlene Hampton
