Fredrick lived in Newton, NC and was believed to be the Sheriff of Catawba County and was murdered in office in 1859. He was Married to Adaline Poovey and had seven children. Wallace a./Margaret/mary/Lafayette/George/John and malinda Fredrick is buried in the Old St. Paul Cemetery in Newton.
