The Jacob Fulbright that I have was b. 26 Mar 1778 Hawood Co., NC d. 19 Jul 1844 Oak Ridge MO. Married Barbara Plunket b 1783 NC d. 6 Aug 1858 Cape Girardeau Co., MO I believe that they moved to Cape Girardeau in 1800. Jacobs Parents were Johann Wilhelm Vollbrecht and Christina Schuck.
