Troutman 3/31/1876-7/12/1949 + Anna Vada Goble, born 1/1876 children are: 1. Clarence, born 1901 2. Bessie, born 6/8/1902 3. Lonnie Jason, born 8/7/1904 4. Bessie, born about 1906 Harvey C. was the son of Charles Augustus Troutman, born 12/15/1838 in Iredell County, NC, served in the CSA Army in the Civil War, and Margaret Holdhouser, born 3/31/1839. Charles Augustus was the son of William Monroe Troutman, born 5/2/ 1809. Married 11/11/1830 to Salome "Sally" Elizabeth Stirewalt. The genealogy traces down from a Johann Adam Trautmann, who appears to be the emigrant from Germany, the name was Anglized to Troutman, where, if I remember correctly, it appears in the builders/founders of the Organ Lutheran Church, an offshoot of Old St. John's near Concord, NC. I'll check my records on the Organ church
