Charles Pope married Sarah Frances Annas. Mary Ann Pope married William A. Annas. Sarah and William were brother and sister also, and were the children of Jeremiah Annas, Jr. and Susanna Caroline Abernathy. They were from Catawba County and probably surrounding counties.
