I am looking for information regarding the parents or siblings of a Martha Jane Townsend originally from Buncombe County. She was a great, great grandmother of mine who married a Logan P. Caldwell of Maiden, NC who was originally from Lincoln County. Martha Jane died in 1919 at the age of 71 in Lincoln County. She was living with her son and my great grandfather Robert Henderson Caldwell at the time of her death. She moved to Lincoln County in the 1890's (1894-95?) after the death of Logan. If anyone has any information on Martha Jane Townsend in regards to her parents, their parents and so on I would be very grateful. Sincere regards, William D.
