Thanks to all for the help with what I now know should be apoplexy instead of phoplexy. I imagine that whomever wrote the death certificate put down what he or she thought they heard and Dr. Klutz signed the form without reviewing the spelling. Henry Jaconias was 86 years 1 month and 14 days old when he died in 1932 so he lived a long life for that time period. My father, Glenn, his great grandson only lived to be 53 but one of daddy's brothers is still going strong in his 80's so it's hard to tell what kept some of the family going and some not. This was my first visit to the Deed office in Newton. I don't know why I hadn't gone there before but I live and learn. One hour just isn't enough time to research anything! Thanks again for the help. Cynthia
